UNSEEN episodes of Dale Winton's Florida Fly Drive will still air after the star's death, Channel 5 has confirmed.

Despite previously being pulled from the air, bosses will release the remaining three instalments of the show "at an appropriate time in the future".

Just one episode of the series was shown when it made its debut on February 8.

Viewers watched as Dale explored the Sunshine State - even stopping off for a trip to Disney World.

The show then disappeared from schedules following the tragic Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Florida which happened just days later on February 14.

It's now been confirmed that the episodes will air posthumously following the shock death of the Supermarket Sweep host at the age of 62.

Dale's best pal and LBC DJ Steve Allen told today of how the star hated "ageing" and admitted he'd "had enough" shortly before his death.

Steve, the presenter's friend of 50 years, also revealed that his late friend even asked him: "Do you think there'd be a turn-out for the funeral?"

The radio host said this morning: "He didn't like the ageing process, he hated it. He used to say to me 'I've had enough'."

Winton's agent last night confirmed his death at a home in the North London suburb of Whetstone.

An outpouring of tributes from Dale's celebrity friends and legions of adorers soon followed.

The cause of death has not yet been confirmed but police are not treating it as suspicious.

Fighting back tears, Allen added: "Yesterday, when I went to bed, I knew Dale Winton. Today, Dale Winton is no more and I can't come to terms with that.

"I feel better for him now, because I don't think he'd been in a good place for a long, long time.

It was earlier confirmed that Dale's beloved show Supermarket Sweep will still return - with Rylan Clark-Neal tipped by fans as the new host.
